Antique Victorian ring featuring a beautiful carved face from a apricot and white shell. The Lady has a a delicate beaded necklace on. The ring is set in 9ct gold ring.  Cameo jewellery became very popular in the early 19th century cameos features Roman women. Victorian women on the Grand Tour brought home these pieces from places such as Italy and Greece.
